At Acadvia, we strive to ensure a transparent and fair payment experience for all our users.
💳 Payment Policy
- All payments for lessons must be made in advance through our secure payment system.
- Payment information is processed securely via trusted third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
- Tutors set their own lesson prices, and these prices are clearly displayed on their profiles before booking.
- Students are responsible for ensuring sufficient balance or payment method availability before scheduling a lesson.
💰 Refund Policy
- Acadvia does not offer refunds for completed lessons under any circumstances.
- If a lesson is canceled at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time, students may reschedule the lesson free of charge using the platform tools.
- If a lesson is canceled less than 12 hours before, rescheduling is only possible with the tutor’s agreement and is not guaranteed. Lessons canceled without notice are non-refundable and considered completed.
- In cases of technical issues caused by Acadvia or the tutor (such as failure to attend or severe technical problems), the platform may review the situation and decide on partial refunds or credit at its sole discretion.
- All refund or credit requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the scheduled lesson time. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
⚖️ Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes regarding payments or lesson quality must be reported to Acadvia’s support team promptly.
- Acadvia will review each case individually. Our decision on such disputes will be final and binding.
📅 Subscription Payments (if applicable)
- For students on a subscription plan (if offered), subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
- Students may cancel their subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.
🛡️ Fraud Prevention
- Payments flagged as suspicious or fraudulent may result in temporary suspension of the account until verification is completed.
- Refunds requested due to unauthorized transactions will be investigated thoroughly.
